For Deliveries
- The delivery of goods needs to arrive at the Boxx Storage reception during normal office hours
- We sign for your delivery and place it in a secure area
- We’ll text you when your delivery arrives so you can arrange a collection within 48 hours
For Collections
- Leave your items with our team during normal reception opening hours
- You inform your courier to visit our store to collect the package
- We’ll keep your items safe until the courier arrives to collect them
