At Boxx Storage, we understand that your time is valuable. That’s why we offer a Receipt and Dispatch service that allows you to focus on other areas of your business. We take care of receiving and dispatching your goods and stock, so you don’t have to wait around.


With our Receipt and Dispatch service, you can rest assured that we will receive your goods safely. We have state-of-the-art storage facilities to ensure that your items are always protected. Our team carefully handles each item, whether it’s a small package or a larger shipment. The steps to follow are:

  • Our Receipt and Dispatch service is available to customers occupying a 50sqft storage unit and above
  • Goods must be collected within 24 hours
  • A One-off charge is available for non-contract use of our Receipt and Dispatch service. Call our store team on 02382 250 022 or visit our store for further information
  • Our Receipt and Dispatch service is also included in our Premium Pack
  • There are restrictions on what can be stored within our facility. See our FAQs for details
  • A signed disclaimer is required

For Deliveries

  • The delivery of goods needs to arrive at the Boxx Storage reception during normal office hours
  • We sign for your delivery and place it in a secure unit
  • We'll text you when your delivery arrives so you can arrange a collection within 48 hours

For Collections

  • Leave your items with our team during normal reception opening hours
  • You inform your courier to visit our store to collect the package
  • We'll keep your items safe until the courier arrives to collect them
